Dinner for One

Tonight's dinner:  Boneless chicken breast fillets cooked in ginger teriyaki sauce, with brown rice and chopped steamed veggies.  I've started buying my chicken in bulk, so hurray for leftovers.  I'm set for the next couple of days.

Nice, tender, and soaked in flavor.

I have a billion of these plastic containers stuffed haphazardly in a cupboard.  Most of them are my Mom's and I refuse to return them.


Er...I'll leave them for tomorrow morning.
