Fah-reeeeeezang On a Saturday Pt. Dos

I didn't dare stray outdoors.  A work pal came by and I had nearly strong-armed her inside because of the cold air spilling in.  For lunch earlier, I decided to accompany my arugula and turkey sandwich with beef broth and onions.  It was quick to prepare and yummy to drink.  Tonight, I'm having it again but with a thin slice of cheese on toast.

Knorr beef cubes and some onions make a satisfying broth.

Add a slice of cheesy toast, and presto!  A cheap, yet tasty poor woman's I'm-Not-on-a-Diet-I'm-Portioning-my-Food feast.  *slurp-slurp!!*
